AI Intelligent Air Compressor Station Put into Operation at HHI, Intelligent Retrofit of Compressor Station Group Contro

The first-class energy-efficiency intelligent air compressor station in the eastern zone of HHI (Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding) was officially commissioned. Equipped with an AI gas consumption prediction algorithm, the whole air compression system automatically schedules multiple air compressors for coordinated operation according to fluctuating air demand of different workshop processes, and monitors pipeline pressure, leakage and waste heat recovery data synchronously. Project data shows that the comprehensive energy consumption of the air compression system dropped by 18% after the intelligent group control retrofit. Shipbuilding, heavy industry and equipment manufacturing industries are seeing a boom in intelligent upgrading of existing air compressor stations, and demand for system energy-saving solutions is rising rapidly.
