Since its inception, FU PROMISE AIR (Tianjin) Compressor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FU PROMISE AIR) has taken “Making Industrial Breathing Cleaner” as its mission. With two decades of intensive cultivation in the compressor industry, it has grown from a small corner of the Tianjin TEDA Microelectronic Industrial Zone into a pioneering force leading the energy-saving and environmental revolution in the industry.
As China’s first compressor manufacturer to establish full-range in-depth cooperation with Siemens, FU PROMISE AIR has always embedded a “green gene” into every link of technology R&D, product manufacturing and service systems. From breaking through the technical barriers of the Siemens ILE0 drive system in the early days, to achieving full compliance with the European IES2 energy efficiency standard today; from supplying its first unit to Tianjin Toyota Motor, to providing more than 2,000 high-performance compressors to over 30 countries worldwide, FU PROMISE AIR’s development path is not only a history of technological breakthrough for Chinese industrial equipment enterprises, but also a green declaration fulfilling its dual-carbon commitment.
Manufacturing Philosophy: Perfect Integration of German Precision & China Intelligent Manufacturing
“Every FU PROMISE AIR compressor is a dual reproduction of design simulation and manufacturing precision.” This is the core principle displayed in FU PROMISE AIR’s production workshop. To ensure accurate realization of technical blueprints, the company has established a dual-track system: full imported supply chain + digital production.
Core components are 100% originally imported from Germany’s Siemens and GHH Group, including precision screw rotors, high-efficiency motors, intelligent control systems and other key parts, avoiding performance degradation that may result from domestic substitution at the source. The production process adopts Siemens digital factory management system, with real-time monitoring of assembly accuracy through more than 2,000 sensors. The vibration value is controlled within 0.02 mm/s, and the noise level is below 75 dB, far superior to the national first-class standard.
In May 2025, FU PROMISE AIR’s new factory was officially relocated. It represents not only an expansion of production space, but a comprehensive upgrade of the manufacturing system. The new factory has introduced world-class equipment such as German KUKA intelligent welding robots and Swiss Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, building a full-process manufacturing closed loop: automatic assembly + digital inspection + intelligent traceability.
With 5G IoT technology, production data is uploaded in real time, ensuring parameter deviation of each process does not exceed 0.01 mm. An independent environmental simulation laboratory is established, capable of simulating extreme working conditions from -50℃ to 80℃ and 95% humidity, with 72-hour continuous operation testing for every unit before delivery.
Adopting the green manufacturing concept, the workshop lighting is fully powered by photovoltaic energy, and production wastewater is recycled after treatment. As a result, energy consumption per unit output value of the new factory has been reduced by 35% compared with the old plant, truly realizing “greening the manufacturing process itself”.
As FU PROMISE AIR’s Manufacturing Director stated: “The new factory is not simply ‘scale expansion’, but a ‘precision revolution’ — we aim to make every compressor leaving here synonymous with zero-defect quality.”
